4 simple things that will help you find a good employee:
1. I love writing. But love is not enough to make you a good writer. What else do I have except for my love?
2. I have skills. I have learnt how to write literature and texts that sell. I know all the tricks thanks to which I gain attention of readers. I know how to convert them into customers. My texts are not only nice to read but also effective.
3. I am an experienced writer. I studied creative writing and used to work in an advertising agency as a copywriter. I created lots of content for websites, sales letters, blogs, social media as well as Google AdWords. I know what Google and readers like.
4. That is not enough, right? I have knowledge. Yes, I know it sounds kind of weird but I want you dwell into it. Since I read a lot, travel and graduated from 3 different universities (where I studied anthropology of culture, editorship and creative writing), I know how to find information easily. I am very good at doing research which is the main step before starting my proper work. That is why you can be certain I will not flub my texts up.
